Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items returned without prior approval or not meeting the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To start a return, contact our customer service team at service@willbuyshop.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Items you’d like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged

Our team will review your request within 1 business day (GMT-8) and provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without confirmation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Additional time may be required depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank.
