Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Willbuyshop. We want every customer to have a clear understanding of how our shipping process works. Please take a moment to read the details below regarding order handling, shipping times, and delivery information.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparing the shipment for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

Willbuyshop partners with reliable international carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Our standard delivery timeframe varies by destination:

  • United States: approximately 5–7 business days
  • Canada: approximately 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: approximately 5–7 business days
  • Europe: approximately 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: approximately 5–12 business days

*Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Supported Shipping Countries

Willbuyshop currently ships to the following countries and regions:

  • United States, Canada
  • United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European countries

If your country is not listed above, please contact us at service@willbuyshop.com before placing an order, and our team will confirm if shipping is available to your location.

4. Shipping Origin

Most Willbuyshop products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, primarily located in China. Depending on the item and destination, orders may be shipped from different warehouses to ensure reliable delivery.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on your order total:

  • Order total below US$58.99: Standard shipping fee of US$9.90.
  • Order total of US$59.00 or above: Free standard shipping.

Additional fees may apply for optional expedited or priority shipping services if selected during checkout.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates usually become active within 1–3 business days after dispatch. You can check the delivery progress directly on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking  page.

7. Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package when applicable.

8. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at service@willbuyshop.com. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Willbuyshop is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address after confirming additional postage costs.

9. Customs Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country’s import policies, customs fees or taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Willbuyshop cannot control or predict these fees, but we will include accurate product values and documentation to assist in clearance.

10. Delays or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information for updates. If there has been no movement for more than 15 business days, contact our support team at service@willbuyshop.com and we will reach out to the carrier to locate your package. In rare cases of confirmed loss, we will either resend the item or issue a refund after verification.

11. Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully inspect and pack every item before shipping. If your package arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

12. Delivery Confirmation

Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we consider the order completed. Please ensure the delivery address is secure. Willbuyshop is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.
