Return Window

You have 60 days from the purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. Your return package must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date; returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale or items that show signs of wear.

Shipping Costs

• Our responsibility: If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer responsibility: For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind—you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email our customer service team at service@willbuyshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our approval and return authorization; we will send you the correct return address. Do not send your package to the address on the original parcel, as this may delay processing.
3. Pack the items securely and send them to the address provided. If requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired size or style.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when you request your return. We will verify stock availability and provide instructions. Exchanges are processed once your return is received and approved.

• Please ensure you return only willbuyshop merchandise; we cannot be responsible for non–willbuyshop items sent to us.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed or may experience delays.
