Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

Free shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $59 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard shipping fee: Orders under $59 USD are subject to a flat $5.90 USD standard shipping charge. All amounts are listed in USD. During promotions or holiday sales, free‑shipping thresholds or shipping fees may change — please refer to our checkout page for the latest rates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This processing time is separate from the transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at service@willbuyshop.com. Provide your order number and any relevant details (photos in case of damage), and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges
